Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "Advertiser") and JUST LOOOK (Pty) Ltd ("JUST LOOOK", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the JUST LOOOK advertiser platform, websites and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, booking a campaign or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the entity you represent. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. The Service

JUST LOOOK is a marketplace that connects advertisers with owners of digital out-of-home (DOOH) screens. We provide tools to browse inventory, schedule campaigns, upload creative, process payments and view delivery reports. We do not own the screens and act as an intermediary between you and the screen owner.

3. Bookings & Pricing

• Listed rates are quoted in South African Rand and are inclusive of a platform fee.
• A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
• Availability is dynamic. If a slot becomes unavailable before confirmation we will notify you and refund any amount charged.

4. Creative Content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload (the "Creative"). You warrant that you own or have the rights to use the Creative and that it complies with all applicable laws, the South African Code of Advertising Practice and our content guidelines. We may reject, remove or pause Creative that we reasonably believe is unlawful, offensive, misleading, infringing or otherwise unsuitable.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed by Paystack. By providing payment details you authorise us to charge the applicable amounts. Bookings are non-refundable once a campaign has begun playing, except where a screen materially fails to deliver agreed plays — in which case a pro-rata refund or credit will be issued.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel a scheduled campaign at any time before its start date for a full refund. After the start date, refunds are limited to the value of plays not yet delivered.

7. Intellectual Property

JUST LOOOK and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including trademarks, logos and software. You retain all rights in your Creative and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, display and distribute it as necessary to deliver your campaign.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; or (d) reverse-engineer or scrape the platform.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JUST LOOOK's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service in any 12-month period will not exceed the amounts paid by you to JUST LOOOK in that period. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold JUST LOOOK harmless from any claim, damages, liability, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Creative, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. Sections intended to survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability and indemnity) will survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
